Douroub is a three-phase professional development program addressed to Yemeni educators and principals. The program starts with participants from 11 model schools in Sana’a, Taiz, and Ibb, to take a lead role in the establishment of a sustainable educational program using the latest technologies and educational methodologies. To that extent the eleven model schools are equipped with state of the art multi-media computer labs and Internet access and will serve as models and knowledge hubs in their community.

إن دُروب هو برنامج للتطوّر المهني يتوجّه إلى معلّمين ومدراء مدارس قادمين من 11 مدرسة نموذجية في اليمن، بهدف تمكينهم من الاضّطلاع بدور ريادي في مجال وضع برنامج تعليمي مستدام، وذلك باستخدام أحدث المنهجيات والتقنيّات. يضع برنامج دُروب بمتناول المعلّمين ومدراء المدارس ثلاثة مواضيع أساسية تتيح لهم معالجة متطلّباتهم التعليمية. هذه المواضيع هي: تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات، الموهوبون والمبدعون وصعوبات التعلّم فيصبحوا بالتالي مدرّبين رائدين في مجتمعهم الخاصّ.
