|
The aim of Douroub is to empower educators and school administrators to address their educational requirements within the three main program themes, information and communication technology, gifted & talented and learning difficulties and to become lead trainers in their own community.

إن هدف دروب العام هو تمكين المربّين ومدراء المدارس لتلبية احتياجاتهم التربوية ضمن مواضيع البرنامج الثلاثة: تكنولوجيا التواصل والمعلومات، الموهوبون والمبدعون وصعوبات التعلّم ليصبحوا مدرّبين رائدين في مجتمعهم الخاصّ.

The overall program objectives are to enable a core group of educators from the 11 Yemeni model schools to:

Participants: among the seventy educators who participate in the program are eleven principals, eleven specialist social workers and forty-eight teachers of English, Arabic, Social Studies, Religion, Sciences and Mathematics
|
المشاركون: يشارك في المشروع سبعون مربي ومربيّة منهم أحد عشرة مدير ومديرة وأحد عشرة عامل اجتماعي وعاملة اجتماعيّة وثمانية وأربعين معلّم ومعلّمة لغة إنكليزيّة وعربية واجتماعيات ودين وعلوم ورياضيّات.
